Payment Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with us! Our goal is to provide you with a seamless and secure shopping experience. We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the sole payment method for both delivery and pickup orders.

1. Payment Method: Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available for:

  • Delivery Orders: You can opt for Cash on Delivery when your order is delivered to your address.
  • Pickup Orders: You can pay for your order in cash when you pick it up from our store or designated pickup location.

How COD Works:

  • When placing an order, you can choose Cash on Delivery as your payment method.
  • The total amount of your order is due at the time of delivery or pickup.
  • Please ensure you have the exact amount in cash, as our delivery agents may not carry change.

2. Order Confirmation

Delivery Orders:
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email or SMS with the order details and an estimated delivery date. Your order will be shipped, and the payment will be collected when the item reaches you.

Pickup Orders:
After your order is confirmed, you will receive an email or SMS with details on where and when you can pick up your order. The payment must be made in cash at the time of pickup.

3. Cancellations

Before Dispatch:
You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

After Dispatch:
For COD orders, cancellations after dispatch may not be possible. Once the delivery is on its way, you will need to accept the order upon arrival.

4. Delivery & Pickup Conditions

Availability of COD:
COD is available only in certain regions. If your location is not eligible for COD, you will be notified at the time of checkout, and you will need to select an alternative payment method.

Failed Delivery:
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a rescheduled delivery attempt will be made. If the order is refused or undelivered after two attempts, we may cancel the order, and COD may no longer be available for future purchases.

Pickup Orders:
Please make sure to collect your order from the pickup location within the designated time frame. If the order is not collected within the allotted time, it may be canceled, and you may not be eligible for COD on future orders.

5. Payment Security

While we use COD, we ensure that our delivery process is secure. Our delivery agents are trained to handle transactions safely, and we recommend you only pay upon receiving your order to avoid any issues.
